Returned Items

Exchange Policy

You must send us a request via email, informing us of your intent to return the item. You must get a response from the seller acknowledging your intent to exchange the item.

If you intend to return an item within the allowed period, you must do the following:

3. You must ship the item(s) back to us within the original fourteen-day period
4. Once the original item(s) is (are) received, the seller will ship the exchanged item(s) to the buyer.

Exchange Request Policy

Any request for an exchange must be made within the 14-day period from the day of the original purchase. The buyer must return the original item within 14 days after the request was made. Please note that failure to do so may cause the cancellation and/or the rejection of the exchange request.

Return Cost and Refund
